John R. Pearce, III
John R. Pearce, III is a practiced business attorney who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities and real estate.
John has over 30 years of experience representing businesses in industries such as manufacturing and technology. His wide-ranging experience includes representing issuers of public and private securities in areas such as the development of real estate, manufacturing, and emerging technologies. John’s securities experience extends to proxy solicitation, handling periodic public reporting and compliance matters for public corporations and partnerships.
John’s practice includes the representation of commercial real estate entities from the acquisition and development of land and including the construction and financing of buildings. He also has a background in leasing transactions, with experience representing both landlords and tenants.
John graduated from University of Texas in 1980 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University in 1983. He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas the same year.
