Erin is representing me in a divorce action and has been very helpful throughout the process that is ongoing at this point. She typically returns phone calls immediately and is direct and to the point. I would consider her a true, no nonsense attorney, who does care for her clients from my experience thus far.

At Albin Roach we assist adoptive parents with navigating through the complexities of the adoption process. Texas adoptions are typically a two-step process where in the initial step one or both parents’ rights are terminated. The second step is the actual adoption by the adoptive parents or the child’s step-parent. The most common type of adoption in our practice is a step-parent adoption. This requires the absent parent’s rights to be terminated so the spouse of the other parent can legally adopt the child. It is important to understand that we do not arrange adoptions or match adoptive parents with children available to adopt- that is the task of a licensed adoption agency. If you would like more information about adoptions, please contact our office for a consultation with one of our experienced family attorneys.
