At the most stressfuland turbulant time of my adult life, Ms. Bogdanowicz handled my divorce beyond all expectations and very successfully. Before I contacted Ms. Bogdanowicz to handle my case, I had no direction on what to do and how to handle it. Ms. Bogdanowicz immediately gave me great assurance and designed a strategy that I could follow. She gave me direction and choices while sharing her experience and knowledge. She kept me informed, updated me constantly and in a timely manner. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly. She virtually 'held my hand' through the whole process. Not only was I being strongly represented, but I was given peace of mind. All information I was given and direction I received from Ms. Bogdanowicz was correct and proved to be successful for me and my case. I strongly recommend Ms. Bogdanowicz to handle difficult and complicated legal matters. She's an outstanding member of the legal profession and I would seek her out for any future legal issues I encounter.

At Albin Roach we assist adoptive parents with navigating through the complexities of the adoption process. Texas adoptions are typically a two-step process where in the initial step one or both parents’ rights are terminated. The second step is the actual adoption by the adoptive parents or the child’s step-parent. The most common type of adoption in our practice is a step-parent adoption. This requires the absent parent’s rights to be terminated so the spouse of the other parent can legally adopt the child. It is important to understand that we do not arrange adoptions or match adoptive parents with children available to adopt- that is the task of a licensed adoption agency. If you would like more information about adoptions, please contact our office for a consultation with one of our experienced family attorneys.
