Greg works in our civil litigation section focusing most of his energy (which, mind you, is never in short supply) on probate litigation. This means he can quickly identify civil disputes while telling you the difference between an executor and an administrator. He enjoys a good fight but appreciates the often more practical results offered through mediation and the settlement process.
A few of Greg’s peers believe he is at a disadvantage because one of his fingers was eaten by a dog. However, Greg feels that he can really personify the old adage that states, “it’s not the size of the dog in a fight, rather, it is the size of the fight in the dog.” Regardless of your affection for fights or dogs, Greg has acquired a set of legal skills that benefit all of his clients through his representation by being passionate, responsive, experienced, and trustworthy.
From the serene Rocky Mountains to the bustling life of New York, Greg has experienced all sorts of landscapes, people, and food. Although Greg has lived in several areas of the country, Texas is his top choice of residence. When he is not working, he spends his time with his wife, kids, and Captain (a dog of the same breed that bit his finger off). He also enjoys sports, social outings, and smiling.
